Redi National has been taking care of my house for the past several years, the previous tenants had chicken and with them the rats moved in. Through the use of bait stations, traps, fixing holes and cleaning the crawls space our house is no longer a safe place for rodents! Chuck and the rest of the guys have been great and always give helpful advice and cures to other pest problems, from those pesky sugar ants to a wasp nest in the attic. They always let me know they are coming out the day before and leave everything just how they found it. I recommend their services!
The most complete service we have had was done by Chuck. He arrived on time, checked all the bait stations, sprayed for ants and was polite and courteous. Definitely was a 5 star day.

We have a rat problem. Yesterday Shannon come out for an inspection. He was right on time and very professional. He did a thorough inspection gave us a written estimate for both trapping the rats and crawlspace clean out. Today their technician Jack came out right on time with the same professionalism. I have lived in my house for 26 years and have had rat problems off and on for all those years. I have tried a number of other rat control companies and none of them come even close to Redi. The man who checked my house found points of entry that no one else had and the technician gave me some important information that helped me to understand why this hasn't been solved over the years. Two days after they installed everything, I can no longer hear munching rats in my walls!!
Chuck jennings was our tech. What a great guy super knowledgeable. We had a terrible rat infestation. And spider issues my girlfriend got bitten by brown recluse. Phil is amazing! I was worried at first of how long it would take to remedy my property, however Phil came in, located the trouble units and did an amazing job with getting it taken care of! Redi-national was extremely quick to respond to our rodent problem. They first sent a representative to assess and later, the same day, sent a person to set traps inside and outside our home and began blocking potential entrances. They are returning today, one week later to check traps block larger entrees. We have confidence they will resolve our issue.
They are very reliable company. The person who used to service my house every month was very professional. Friendly and easy to talk too. Only thing is that my monthly service stopped with out infoming me. When I called they are friendly and resumed my service right away. One thing I wish was I would get the person who used to service my house back.
